Featured with a port and shallot marmalade, poached quail egg, smoked butter roasted fingerling potatoes, tarragon oil and a wilted arugula salad.

Seared Halibut
 Featured with miso butter, soy truffle caramel and a cilantro emulsion. Paired with forbidden rice and roasted Chinese long beans.
